Must Know Before You Go for Dune Bashing in Dubai

  • Pick up from areas other than Dubai Hotels/Residence will be arranged on request at an additional surcharge.
  • Infants under 3 years may join for free with paying adults.
  • Please dress appropriately as per the weather conditions and do wear sunscreen, hat, and sunglasses to avoid harsh sun
  • Participants are not allowed to carry any sharp object, lighter, luggage bag, alcohol, knife, etc.
  • Participants are requested to report at the venue at least 30 minutes prior to their chosen time slot. Timings must be strictly followed, as the activity is time constraint.
  • Avoid consuming heavy food or alcoholic beverages before and after the activity.
  • Any meals or transfers not mentioned in the itinerary are to be considered an exclusion in the deal.
  • Any breakage or damage of any items will be charged at actuals.
  • Dune bashing Dubai is not suitable for pregnant women or people with backache problem
  • Belly Dance show, alcoholic beverages and music for entertainment will be closed during the holy month of Ramadan. Guests can still enjoy the dinner and non-alcoholic drinks in the camp, as well as other activities.
  • These tours are not recommended for those with medical conditions (back problems, etc.), pregnant women, or seniors
  • Guidelines issued by the respective State-Government is to be followed. Social distancing to be maintained. Frequent hand sanitization and use of masks recommended.
  • The Camel Safari will be in the Circle.
  • Please be at the hotel lobby 10 minutes before the scheduled pick up time
  • The operator will reconfirm your pick up time in advance via phone or whatsapp.
  • ID proof is mandatory for each individual guest at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. PAN card will not be considered as a valid address proof.

Confirmation Policy

The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours of successful booking.

In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged and a new confirmation voucher will be sent via email.

Alternatively, the customer may choose to cancel their booking before confirmation and a full refund will be processed.

Refund Policy

Refunds in the Thrillophilia wallet will be transferred within 3 business days.

Cash Refunds once initiated, usually take around 5-7 business days to get transferred to the same account through which the payment is made.

Cancellation Policy

  • If cancellation are made 30 days before the date of travel then 15.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
  • If cancellation are made 15 days to 30 days before the date of travel then 25.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
  • If cancellation are made 7 days to 15 days before the date of travel then 50.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
  • If cancellation are made 0 days to 7 days before the date of travel then 100.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
